Visit https://translate.google.com/manager/website/ and click “Add your website now”

Insert your blog URL to the box and click “Next”

Now under “Plugin settings”, and choose the number of languages you would like to add. Select the display mode, preferably dropdown only.

Finally click on “Get code” and copy the code.
